Schoenherr takes over Gleiss Lutz offices

Austrian law firm Schoenherr is set to take over German law firm Gleiss Lutz's Prague and Warsaw offices this year. The firm will take on four Gleiss Lutz partners and open another office in Bratislava.
Four of its partners will join Schoenherr as with Prague partners Martin Nedelka and Martin Kubánek joining the Austrian firm and Warsaw partners Pawel Siekierzynski and Przemyslaw Pietrzak jumping ship with counsel Torsten Bogen.
Gleiss Lutz opened its Prague and Warsaw offices in 1992 and 1998 respectively.
