Tally Weijl takes over Spain's Cortefiel

The Swiss fashion group Tally Weijl Trading AG, Basel, will, on 1 March, take over the German holding of the Spanish clothing manufacturer and exporter Cortefiel.
A Nörr team led by the Berlin partner Dr Thorsten Reinhard advised Tally Weijl on the structuring and negotiation of the transaction.
Nineteen Springfield Stores and three Women’s Secret branches in Germany are included. Approximately 200 employees are affected. At present, Tally Weijl operates about. 490 shops in 30 countries - in Germany there are 140 branches and approximately 100 shop-in-shop areas.
Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz advised Tally Weijl Trading AG, Basel. Lawyers on the deal were Berlin-based lawyers Dr Thorsten Reinhard (leading, company law) and distribution and cartel lawyer Dr Karsten Metzlaff.
Associates include company lawyers Dr Benedikt von Wissel, Isabel Schneider, Dr Igor Stenzel, cartel lawyer Dr Fabian Badtke, labour lawyer Dr Stefan Vetter and real estate lawyer Dr Florian Ehrich.
