Travers Smith acts on Bizanga investment

 The Paris office of law firm Travers Smith has acted for a new  client on an equity investment in a technology company.

 David Patient, head of Travers Smith Paris, led a team  which advised Crédit Agricole Private Equity on its equity investment in Bizanga Limited (“Bizanga”).
 
Bizanga develops and distributes message processing and e-mail security platform for e-mail and messaging service providers in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Bizanga also offers professional services, including maintenance and support.
